Fitness and helping people obtain their goals has been a passion of mine for many years. It started as a teenager when I was a lifeguard / swim instructor and was asked to run the aqua fit program.
After I grew up and became an adult (LOL) I spent the next several years focused on my career and raising my 2 children, which participated in every sport imaginable. They took me to every arena, sports facility , soccer, football field and gymnastic studio near and far. Once they were grown I got back into fitness for myself and was asked by a local gym owner if I would be interested in instructing fitness classes. This sparked a little fire in me and I became a canfit pro certified instructor and have been leading classes since.
My classes are for all ages and fitness levels. I incorporate spinning and strength training into each class. That way we can benefit from the best of both. During class if modifications are needed I can suggest alternatives. The strength components are usually full body and use different training formats. Spinning is sprinting , hills, Hitt and a lot of sweat!
